PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved structure of a baffle plate integrated lower absorber which can sufficiently and surely protect a pedestrian, and in which a traveling wind is effectively introduced to a vehicle rear side, and to provide the baffle plate integrated lower absorber having a structure which can effectively enhance cooling efficiency by advantageously introducing such a traveling wind to a cooling system part.SOLUTION: A baffle plate integrated lower absorber is constituted of an integrated resin molded part having a structure which is formed by integrally connecting a lower absorber main body of a structure in which a reinforcing part composed of a rib or a bead is integrally formed, and a baffle plate member via a connecting part. The baffle plate member is constituted in such a manner that a hinge part arranged at the connecting part so as to extend to a vehicle width direction is made to turn as a turning center, overlapped on the reinforcing part of the lower absorber main body, and covers a prescribed region of the reinforcing part.
