A movable member movement control unit 265 moves an intake door drive unit 131 and moves an intake door 43 being the movable member until it comes in contact with the stopper member, after that, a movable member stop detection unit 264 detects whether or not the intake door 43 stops on the basis of voltage detected by an actuator drive voltage detection unit 266, for each elapsed time estimated by the stop time estimation unit 263, and an origin position detection unit 267 determines a position of the intake door drive unit 131 when the intake door 43 stops as an origin position.
