PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser weld structure of a metal sheet laminate that allows easy fixation of a laminate comprised of three or more metal sheets in a manner not perforating a laser weld part, a vehicular door sash including the laser weld structure of the metal sheet laminate, a laser welding method for the metal sheet laminate, and a method for manufacturing the vehicular door sash using the laser welding method for the metal sheet laminate.SOLUTION: A laser weld structure of a metal sheet laminate comprises: a first outer metal sheet 23; a second outer metal sheet 24; and an intermediate metal sheet 22 which is positioned between the first outer metal sheet and the second outer metal sheet and constitutes a laminate with the first outer metal sheet and the second outer metal sheet; a first laser weld part W1 which is welded from a front surface 23a side of the first outer metal sheet and reaches the intermediate metal sheet but not a front surface 24a of the second outer metal sheet; and a second laser weld part W2 which is welded from a front surface side of the second outer metal sheet and reaches the intermediate metal sheet but not the front surface of the first outer metal sheet.
