PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerial floating vehicle.SOLUTION: A green energy-saving type aerial floating vehicle is provided which generates magnetic force by making nanocrystal particles or semiconductor nanocrystal particles crystallize positive particles such as protons, alpha particles, or atomic nuclei, and by holding their radiation rays as the energy under a mass to pass through a carbon fiber coil and serves for travel on a bad road, travel on a bad weather, rescue on a narrow road, a low road, and water, and for on-ice, wasteland, desert, grassland, and snowfield transportation. The vehicle comprises a small-sized, energy-saving system brake controller that makes a spring absorb inertia component forces with a ceiling blade lift force decomposition system, stores tires during floatation from vertical to horizontal in addition to conventional wheels to use them for side dampers during narrow-road cruise and under dampers during floating device failure, removes lateral blurs caused by magnetic force repulsion with a fluid center of gravity system, and senses kinetic energy with a moving object sensor, thereby enabling predictive braking on an obstacle.
