PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator that has good performance of mounting work relative to a wheel and that can be securely locked on the wheel while suppressing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Blow molding of a resonator 12 is performed by using a molding tool having parting surfaces along a longitudinal direction of a resonator body 36 at positions of a bottom plate portion 41 and an upper plate portion 42 excluding recesses 47. Burrs formed on the parting surfaces are not located at lock portions 43, 43 extending to both sides of the bottom plate portion 41 and the upper plate portion 42, and thus the necessity of a highly accurate burr removal process and dimension inspection process is eliminated, so as to enable suppression of manufacturing cost. The recesses 47 are provided on at least any side portion 41a of the bottom plate portion 41. Thus, a contact area of the bottom plate portion 41 with holding portions during mounting between the holding portions can be suppressed, so as to improve performance of mounting work to the wheel. Since the lock portions 43, 43 have a hollow shape for partitioning an auxiliary air chamber 45 together with the bottom plate portion 41 and the upper plate portion 42, strength can be secured, so as to ensure locking on the holding portions of the wheel.

    【課題】製造コストを抑制しつつ、ホイールに対する取り付けの作業性が良好で、かつ、ホイールに対して確実に係止できるレゾネータを提供する。【解決手段】凹部47を除く底板部41及び上板部42の位置でレゾネータ本体36の長手方向に沿ってパーティング面を有する成形型を用いてレゾネータ12をブロー成形する。パーティング面に形成されるバリが、底板部41及び上板部42の両側部に延出する係止部43,43に位置せず、バリの高精度な除去工程及び寸法検査工程などが不要となり、製造コストを抑制できる。底板部41の少なくともいずれかの側部41aに凹部47を設ける。保持部間に取り付ける際の底板部41の保持部への係りを抑制でき、ホイールに対する取り付けの作業性が向上する。係止部43,43は、底板部41及び上板部42とともに副気室45を区画する中空状なので、強度を確保でき、ホイールの保持部に対して確実に係止できる。【選択図】図1
