PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilation duct capable of improving ventilation performance while preventing the entry of outdoor air.SOLUTION: A ventilation duct 10 comprises: a duct body that includes an opening 38 communicating a cabin interior A with a cabin exterior B and an attachment pin 46 provided in an upper edge portion 44 of the opening 38 and protruding toward the cabin exterior B; and an opening/closing valve 22 that includes an insertion hole 52A into which the attachment pin 46 is inserted, that covers the opening 38 by being inserted into the duct body to be able to oscillate, and that is formed such that a clearance S2 between the attachment pin 46 and a cabin exterior B-side hole edge of the insertion hole 52A near an oscillating tip end of the opening/closing valve 22 is larger than a clearance S1 between the attachment pin 46 and a cabin interior A-side hole edge of the insertion hole 52A near the oscillating tip end of the opening/closing valve 22 in a closed state of the opening 38.
