PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber for a forklift which eliminates a collision accident with respect to a load, and is excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A shock absorber adopts the following means: first, it comprises a hard shock-absorbing plate part 2 and an elastic cushioning material 3; second, in the shock-absorbing plate part 2, the upper portion is an extension plate part 20 and the lower portion is a contact flat plate part 21 projecting to the load side from the extension plate part 20, a cushioning material insertion hollow part 26 is formed on the side of an upright arm part 4 of the contact flat plate part 21, and the cushioning material 3 is inserted and disposed; third, an upper mounting body 22 and a lower mounting body 24, which extend from the upper portion of the extension plate part 20 and the contact flat plate part 21 toward the upright arm part 4, are formed; forth, the upper mounting body 22 is fixed and pivotally attached to the upright arm part 4 so that the shock-absorbing plate part 2 is rotatable to the front side of a forklift; and fifth, the cushioning material 3, which prevents the shock-absorbing plate part 2 from inclining to the load side more than a positional relation that is parallel to the upright arm part 4, is inserted and disposed.

    【課題】積み荷に対する衝突事故をなくし、且つ、耐久性のあるフォークリフトの緩衝装置を提供する。【解決手段】緩衝装置に次の手段を採用する。第1に、硬質な緩衝板部2と、弾力性ある緩衝材3とを備える。第2に、緩衝板部2は、上部が、延長板部20とされ、下部が、延長板部20より積み荷側へと突出して設けられる当接平板部21とされ、当接平板部21の直立腕部4側に緩衝材挿入空部26を形成し、緩衝材3を挿入配置される。第3に、延長板部20の上方部及び当接平板部21より直立腕部4に向かって延びる上部装着体22及び下部装着体24を形成する。第4に、上部装着体22を、緩衝板部2がフォークリフト前方側へ回動自在となるよう直立腕部4に位置を固定して軸着する。第5に、緩衝板部2を直立腕部4と平行な位置関係以上に積み荷側に傾かせない緩衝材3が挿入配置される。【選択図】図2
