PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the deterioration of traveling wheels without using a special sensor or the like.SOLUTION: The deterioration of traveling wheels of a traveling bogie which travels by the traveling wheels which rotate by a traveling motor is detected. A difference between a speed which is obtained from a rotation number of the traveling wheels and a ground speed of the traveling bogie is acquired as a slip speed, and on the basis of the fact that the torque of the traveling motor and the slip speed have passed a prescribed abnormal region in a space between the torque and the slip speed, the deterioration of the traveling wheels is detected.

    【課題】 走行車輪の劣化を、特別のセンサ等を用いずに検出する。【構成】 走行モータにより回転する走行車輪により走行する走行台車の、走行車輪の劣化を検出する。走行車輪の回転数から求めた速度と、走行台車の対地速度との差をスリップ速度として求め、走行モータのトルクとスリップ速度が、トルクとスリップ速度の空間における、所定の異常領域を通過したことに基づいて、走行車輪の劣化を検出する。【選択図】 図4
