PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance operation supporting system in which reduced is initiation agreement waiting time which is waiting time ranging from the time a foreman makes request for initiation of maintenance operation to the time the foreman accepts agreement for initiation.SOLUTION: A maintenance operation supporting system comprises a server 2, an instruction terminal 3, and a portable terminal 4. In the server 2, information including closed line section for each item of maintenance operation is registered. The server 2 acquires position information of trains and, after an initiation train passes through the item of closed line section for each item maintenance operation, an initiation request for maintenance operation of the item is displayed on the instruction terminal 3. When a line closing lever is operated to opposite position as a response to the initiation request in the instruction terminal 3, the opposite condition of the line closing lever is recognized by the server 2. When the server 2 accepts the initiation request for the maintenance operation from the portable terminal 4, the server 2 sends an initiation agreement to the portable terminal 4 if a related line closing lever is in an opposite condition for each item of the maintenance operation. Consequently, the initiation requests displayed on the instruction terminal 3 are temporally dispersed.

    【課題】現場の監督者が保守工事の着手要求を行ってから着手承認まで待つ時間である着手承認待ち時間が短縮される保守工事支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】保守工事支援システムは、サーバ2と、指令端末3と、携帯端末4とを備える。サーバ2は、各項の保守工事について線路閉鎖区間を含む情報が登録される。サーバ2は、列車の位置情報を取得し、各項の保守工事について、その項の線路閉鎖区間を着手列車が通過すると、その項の保守工事の着手要求を指令端末3に表示する。着手要求に対して指令端末3で線閉てこが反位操作されると、その線閉てこの反位状態がサーバ2で把握される。サーバ2は、携帯端末4から保守工事の着手要求を受信したとき、その保守工事の項ごとに、関係する線閉てこが反位状態であれば、その携帯端末4に着手承認を送信する。これにより、指令端末3に表示される着手要求が時間的に分散される。【選択図】図2
