PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimotion device which achieves reduction of swing motion of a ship body more effectively, and to provide a ship including the antimotion device.SOLUTION: An antimotion device includes: a pair of wing tanks 20 which are provided separated from each other in a ship width direction of a ship body 2, the pair of wing tanks 20 which stores a liquid L so as to have a gas space A at an upper part; a duct 30 having a passage 32 which allows lower parts of the pair of wing tanks 20 to communicate with each other; and a pump 60 which is provided at the duct 30 and pumps the liquid L to cause the liquid L to reciprocate between the pair of wing tanks 20.
