PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prime mover structure of a work vehicle having high exhaust capacity of a dust exhaust fan and high suction performance of a radiator fan, capable of suppressing overheat of an engine and capable of reducing a frequency of maintenance and inspection work.SOLUTION: A prime mover structure comprises: an engine E disposed in an engine room; a radiator for cooling coolant in the engine E; a radiator fan 20 for suction of ambient air and a dust exhaust fan 30 for exhaust, which are disposed between the engine E and radiator, and are able to be switched between a drive state and stop state; an intermediate transmission part 150 to which a drive force of the engine E is transmitted; and a fan transmission part 160 to which a drive force is transmitted from the intermediate transmission part 150, and driving the radiator fan 20 and dust exhaust fan 30. The intermediate transmission part 150 is disposed outside of the engine room.
