PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate influence of variations received from road conditions on "a tire condition determination index value for determining a tire condition" calculated from a sensor measured value, and thereby improve determination accuracy of the tire condition.SOLUTION: A pressure reduction warning server 10 includes: a vehicle information acquisition unit 121 for acquiring a pressure reduction determination index value to determine the reduced pressure of the tire of a vehicle Vcalculated by wheel speed sensor measurement value measured in the vehicle Vduring a predetermined period as time series data; a slow determination unit 125 for determining whether or not a sudden change occurs on the tendency of change of the pressure reduction determination index value acquired by the vehicle information acquisition unit 121 during a predetermined period; and a threshold value determination unit 126 for determining the reduced pressure of the tire according to whether or not a moving average of the pressure reduction determination index value changes beyond the predetermined threshold value, when a determination is made that the sudden change is not caused in the tendency of the change by the slow determination unit 125.

    【課題】センサー計測値から算出される“タイヤ状態を判定するためのタイヤ状態判定指標値”が路面状況から受けるバラツキの影響を排除し、タイヤ状態の判定精度の向上を図る。【解決手段】減圧警告サーバ10は、所定の期間に車両V1にて計測された車輪速センサー計測値から算出された、車両V1のタイヤの減圧状態を判定するための減圧判定指標値を、時系列データとして取得する車両情報取得部121と、車両情報取得部121が取得した減圧判定指標値の上記所定の期間における変化の傾向に急変が生じたか否かを判定する緩徐判定部125と、緩徐判定部125によって上記変化の傾向に急変が生じていないと判定された場合、減圧判定指標値の移動平均が所定の閾値を超えて変化しているか否かに応じて、タイヤの減圧状態を判定する閾値判定部126と、を備える。【選択図】図1
