PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator control device which can make compatible the sufficient utilization of an accumulator and the assurance of a use of the accumulator within a regulated period of time on the basis of an intention of a user.SOLUTION: An accumulator control device of an electric vehicle which comprises an accumulator 103 having a plurality of batteries, and an electric motor 101 which can transfer power between the accumulator 103 and itself comprises: an input part which receives an input of at least either of a maximum output value and a maximum capacity value of the accumulator 103 according to an operation of a user; and an assumption line derivation part which predicts the deterioration of the accumulator 103 on the basis of at least either of the inputted maximum output value and the maximum capacity value, and derives at least either of a maximum output assumption line and a maximum capacity assumption line of the accumulator on the basis of the predicted deterioration. The accumulator control device controls the accumulator 103 on the basis of at least either of the inputted maximum output value and the maximum capacity value, and at least either of the derived maximum output assumption line and the maximum capacity assumption line.
