PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic brake control device which can switch a brake conforming to a traveling state of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An automatic brake control device comprises: a communication section 11A which acquires a relative speed of an own vehicle and an obstacle, and a relative distance between the own vehicle and the obstacle; and an estimation section 11B which estimates a stop-scheduled distance based on the relative distance when the own vehicle having the relative speed is decelerated at a second reduction speed which is higher than a first reduction speed, and relatively stops with respect to the obstacle. The communication section 11A outputs a signal for making an electronic brake system ECU 31 start a first brake for acquiring the first reduction speed when a collision-predicted time based on the relative speed acquired by the communication section 11A and the relative distance acquired by the communication section 11A is shorter than a threshold, and outputs a signal for making the electronic brake system ECU 31 start a second brake for acquiring the second reduction speed when the relative distance acquired by the communication section 11A is shorter than the stop-scheduled distance which is estimated by the estimation section 11B.

    【課題】車両の走行状態に合った制動の切り替えが可能な自動制動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】自車両と障害物との相対速度、および、自車両と障害物との相対距離を取得する通信部11Aと、相対速度を有する自車両が第1減速度よりも高い第2減速度で減速して自車両が障害物に対して相対的に停止するときの相対距離に基づく停止予定距離を推定する推定部11Bとを備える。通信部11Aの取得した相対速度と通信部11Aの取得した相対距離とに基づく衝突予測時間が閾値よりも小さいときに、第1減速度を得るための第1制動を電子ブレーキシステムECU31に開始させる信号を出力し、かつ、第1制動の期間中において、通信部11Aの取得した相対距離が推定部11Bの推定した停止予定距離よりも小さいときに、第2減速度を得るための第2制動を電子ブレーキシステムECU31に開始させる信号を出力する通信部11Aとを備える。【選択図】図1
