PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle diagnosis system for promoting a driver or the like to repair as promptly as possible in the case where there occurs such an abnormality (or a trouble) as is caused to reduce a greenhouse effect gas discharge amount reducing effect since a regenerative power generation function cannot be realized.SOLUTION: A vehicle diagnosis system (100) comprises: a precondition determination part (101): an execution condition determination part (102); an event count value acquisition part (105); an execution count value acquisition part (106); and an abnormality determination part (107). The event count value acquisition part acquires the event count value (the number or the like of the events which have been determined on the establishment of the execution condition by the execution condition determination part under the state in which the holding of the precondition is expected). The execution count value acquisition part acquires the execution count value (such as the number of occurrences of the operation for executing a regenerative power generation). The abnormality determination part determines, on the basis of the event count value and the execution count value, the occurrence of the abnormality on the regenerative power generation function in the mode in which the greenhouse effect gas discharge amount reducing effect is reduced.

    【課題】回生発電機能が実現できなくなることで温室効果ガス排出量低減効果が減殺されるような異常(故障)が発生した場合に、可及的速やかに運転者等に修理を促す。【解決手段】車両診断システム(100)は、前提条件判定部(101)、実施条件判定部(102)、事象カウント値取得部(105)、実施カウント値取得部(106)、及び異常判定部(107)を備えている。事象カウント値取得部は、事象カウント値(前提条件の成立が期待される状態下で実施条件判定部により実施条件の成立が判定された事象の回数等)を取得する。実施カウント値取得部は、実施カウント値(回生発電を実施する動作の発生回数等)を取得する。異常判定部は、温室効果ガス排出量低減効果が減殺される態様での、回生発電機能に関する異常の発生を、事象カウント値と実施カウント値とに基づいて判定する。【選択図】図3
