PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release safety of a fall prevention long fence beyond the total length of trains at a time to let passengers pass freely and to prevent fall of a passenger by returning the fall prevention long fence to an original position after passengers get off or get on the train.SOLUTION: In a fall prevention apparatus for a railway vehicular platform, many fall prevention long fences 3 are joined up to a length beyond a total length of trains and installed at a platform end position. A lifting device 6 is installed on a platform front surface, and a long pull rod 14 of a lifting drive part 7 on left and right both ends is pulled by an electric tension machine rightward, thereby a rectangular column 5 is pushed up to about 1 meter above the long fence 3 via a horizontal sliding gear 13 and a lifting gear 12. Then, an upper part long pull rod 19 of a front/rear drive part is pulled by the electric tension machine in the right direction, a right screw part is pulled rightward via a right female screw sleeve, the whole lifting drive part 7 is moved rightward to pull the long fence 3 together with the rectangular column 5 in the same direction, and drawn into the depth from the end of the platform, running trains are passed, and fall of passengers is prevented.

    【課題】列車全長を越える転落防止長尺柵を一気に安全に取除き乗客の通行を自由にする。下車及び乗車が終了後は、再び原位置に戻すようにして乗客の転落を防止するものである。【解決手段】プラットフォーム先端位置に転落防止用長尺柵3を列車全長を越える長さまで多数連結して設置する。昇降装置6をプラットフォーム前面に設置し、左右両端の昇降駆動部7の長尺引張棒14を電動式引張機により右方向に引張ることにより、横引用歯車13及び昇降用歯車12を介して角柱5を押上げ長尺柵3を約1米の高さまで押上げる。その後、前後駆動部の上部長尺引張棒19を電動式引張機により右方向に引張り右雌ねじスリーブを介して右ねじ部を右方向に引張り昇降駆動部7全体を右に移動して角柱5と共に長尺柵3を同方向に引張り、プラットフォーム先端より奥まで引込み、走行列車を通過させ乗客の転落を阻止する鉄道車両用プラットフォームの転落防止装置。【選択図】図1
