PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle anti-collision apparatus configured to properly determine whether to perform collision avoidance operation with respect to a stop object which is likely to collide with a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle anti-collision apparatus includes: a storage control section 7 which stores sequentially detected vehicle speeds V of a vehicle 1 in a storage section 6; a stop object detection section 8 which detects a stop object located ahead of the vehicle 1; an obstacle determination section 9 which determines whether the stop object is an obstacle which is highly likely to collide with the vehicle 1; and a collision avoidance determination section 10 which compares a first vehicle speed V1 stored in the storage section 6 a predetermined time T1 earlier than obstacle determination where the stop object is determined to be an obstacle, with a second vehicle speed V2 detected at the time of obstacle determination, and determines that collision avoidance operation is required for avoiding a collision between the vehicle 1 and the obstacle when the second vehicle speed V2 is lower than the first vehicle speed V1 and a speed difference ΔV between the first vehicle speed V1 and the second vehicle speed V2 is less than a speed difference ΔVc.
【課題】車両と衝突の可能性がある停止物体に対して衝突回避操作の要否を的確に判定することが可能となる車両用衝突防止装置の提供。【解決手段】車両用衝突防止装置は、逐次検知した車両1の車速Vを記憶部6に記憶する記憶制御部7と、車両1の進行方向前方の停止物体を検知する停止物体検知部8と、停止物体が車両1と衝突する可能性が高い障害物であるか否かを判定する障害物判定部9と、停止物体が障害物である判定された障害物判定時よりも所定時間T1前に記憶部6に記憶された第1車速V1と、障害物判定時に検知された第2車速V2とを比較し、第2車速V2が第1車速V1よりも遅く、且つ第1車速V1と第2車速V2との速度差ΔVが速度差ΔVc未満である場合、車両1と障害物との衝突を回避するための衝突回避操作が必要な状態であると判定する衝突回避判定部10とを備える。【選択図】図1
