PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck for a trolley wire ordinary temperature pressure welding device which does not deteriorate connection performance of a trolley wire and does not generate a tip crack.SOLUTION: In an ordinary temperature welding device of T trolley wire T1 1 and T2, a chuck 1 holds ends of the respective trolley wire T1 and T2 by a pair of holding member 2 to approach each other, and releases as a detachment operation. The respective pair of holding members 2 includes a holding recessed part 4 which forms an inner surface shape roughly similar to a contour of the trolley wire when connecting each other and holding the trolley wire T1 and T2. The holding recessed part 4 has a rounded beveling part 5 in an opening. At pressure welding of the trolley wire T1 and T2, since smashed tip part as a burr is smoothly pushed out to an outer peripheral direction by the rounded beveling part 5, stress to the opening part is reduced and it is hard to generate a tip crack.
【課題】 トロリ線の接続性能を低下させず、先割れを生じさせることのないトロリ線常温圧接装置用のチャックを提供する。【解決手段】 チャック1は、トロリ線T1,T2の常温圧接装置において、当該各トロリ線T1,T2の端部を一対の把持部材2により把持して互いに接近し、解放して離反動作する。各一対の把持部材2は、相互に接合してトロリ線T1,T2を把持するときに当該トロリ線の外形と概略相似形となる内面形状を形成する把持凹部4を具備する。この把持凹部4は、口元にアール面取り部5を有する。トロリ線T1,T2の圧接時に、押し潰された先端部がバリが、アール面取り部5により、円滑に外周方向へ押し出されるので、口元部にかかる応力が低減され、先割れが生じにくい。【選択図】 図3
