PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth dynamic lift off by making upward movement immediately after the dynamic lift off less because air pressure into an air cylinder until just before the dynamic lift off is finely controlled by performing the operation of lifting a cargo on the ground.SOLUTION: Air pressure into an air cylinder until just before dynamic lift off from the execution of the operation of lifting a cargo on the ground is finely controlled. The property of making an arm bent by rapidly increasing the air pressure until before the dynamic lift off is utilized for control of the air pressure. Movement of the arm is detected by an acceleration detector that is arranged at the midpoint of the arm with bendability.
