PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction in the power consumption of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle air-conditioning controller according to an embodiment comprises an acquisition unit and a control unit. The acquisition unit acquires a moving state of a railway vehicle. The control unit exerts a control to perform a cooling or heating operation more powerfully than before deceleration while it is determined that the railway vehicle performs deceleration by a regenerative brake in the moving state of the railway vehicle acquired by the acquisition unit, and to perform the cooling or heating operation even while it is determined that the railway vehicle stops after the deceleration.

    【課題】鉄道車両における消費電力の低減を実現する。【解決手段】実施形態の車両空調制御装置は、取得部と、制御部と、を備える。取得部は、鉄道車両の移動状態を取得する。制御部は、取得部が取得した鉄道車両の移動状態で、鉄道車両が回生ブレーキで減速を行っていると判断される間は減速を行う前よりも強く冷房又は暖房運転を行うとともに、当該減速の後で鉄道車両が停止していると判断される間も冷房又は暖房運転を行う。【選択図】図2
