PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire shape measuring device capable of precisely measuring a cross-sectional shape of a tire in a short time without destroying the tire, and to provide a tire fixture used for the same and that kind of tire shape measuring method.SOLUTION: A tire shape measuring device moves a displacement sensor 1 along a C-shaped path extending between a first area A1 and a second area A2 via the outside in a tire diameter direction of a tread part in a tire 9, and uses the displacement sensor 1 moving along the C-shaped path to measure distance to an outer surface of the tire. Separately from the movement of the displacement sensor 1, the device rotates the displacement sensor 1 so as to change a direction of the measurement within a plane parallel to the C-shaped path, and uses the displacement sensor 1 rotating in the first area A1 or the second area A2 to measure distance to an inner surface of the tire. The device calculates a cross-sectional shape of the tire 9 on the basis of the distance measured by the displacement sensor 1, a position of the displacement sensor 1 to the C-shaped path and a rotation angle of the displacement sensor 1.

    【課題】タイヤを破壊することなく、タイヤの断面形状を短時間で正確に計測できるタイヤ形状計測装置、それに使用されるタイヤ固定具、および、そのようなタイヤ形状計測方法を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ9のトレッド部のタイヤ径方向外側を経由し、第1領域A1と第2領域A2との間を延びるC字状経路に沿って変位センサ1を移動させ、そのC字状経路に沿って移動する変位センサ1によりタイヤ外面に対する距離を測定する。また、その変位センサ1の移動とは別個に、C字状経路に平行な面内で測定の向きを変えるように変位センサ1を回転させ、第1領域A1や第2領域A2で回転する変位センサ1によりタイヤ内面に対する距離を測定する。変位センサ1により測定した距離と、C字状経路に対する変位センサ1の位置と、変位センサ1の回転角度とに基づいて、タイヤ9の断面形状を演算する。【選択図】図1
