PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave deceptive device which is difficult to be dropped or diffused and has relatively long flight duration.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave deceptive body comprises: a wing; a drive part 3; and a power supply unit 2. The drive part 3 works so as to move the wing in such a manner that the wing can stay in the air. The power supply unit 2 works so as to supply electric power to the drive part 3. In this case, an electromagnetic wave deceptive device can stay in the air for a long period time by moving the wing.
