PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control system for an elevator that enables improvement of the possibility that each passenger feels comfortable within an elevator car when the passenger enters the elevator and an air-conditioning control system for an elevator that enables improvement of the possibility that each passenger feels comfortable within an elevator car.SOLUTION: A body temperature of a passenger before he/she enters an elevator is measured, and based on the measured body temperature of the passenger, an air conditioning state such as a temperature within an elevator car is controlled beforehand. When a passenger has been already entered an allocated car, based on a body temperature of the passenger within the car and a body temperature of a passenger waiting for the elevator, a temperature within the car is controlled to a temperature that is not uncomfortable for both of the passengers. The body temperature of the passenger within the car is continuously measured, and based on the measurement result, control is performed so as to achieve a comfortable temperature.
