PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component arrangement structure of a vehicle which enables wiring connected with a power storage device and a battery to be shortened while preventing heat damage of an electric power conversion system.SOLUTION: In an electric component arrangement structure of a vehicle, an engine 20, a power generator 21 driven by the engine 20, a power storage device 22 which stores electric power generated by the power generator 21, an electric power conversion system 24 which converts the electric power from the power storage device, and a battery 23 to which the electric power is supplied through the electric power conversion system 24 are disposed in an engine room 3 which is divided from a vehicle cabin 2 by a dash panel 1. The electric power conversion system 24 is disposed between the dash panel 1 and the battery 23.
