PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in production cost for a fuel feeding device to the opening end surface of which retainers are attached.SOLUTION: A fuel feeding device includes: a connection part for being connected to a fuel tank; a neck part 20 which is a cylindrical neck part 20 having a multilayer structure in its diameter direction, and has a neck end part having an opening end surface and extending from the opening end surface along a fuel feeding direction, a cylindrical first layer 11 formed of a first resin material, and a cylindrical second layer 12 placed at the outer diameter side of the first layer 11 and formed of a second resin material having shock resistance higher than that of the first resin material; and a retainer 30 attached to the neck part 20 and having a swaging part 35 which subjects the second layer 12 to plastic deformation by being bent to the inner diameter side.
