PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation part which reduces the assembly work hours, and to provide a vehicle door structure.SOLUTION: A sound insulation part 16 includes: a fitting part 24 which is attached to at least one of a door front side end part and a door rear side end part of an inner weather strip disposed at an upper part of a door inner panel and fits in the inner weather strip; and a seal part 26 which closes a gap between the inner weather strip and the door inner panel.
