PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve weight reduction of a vehicle roof.SOLUTION: A vehicle roof structure 2 includes: a solar battery unit 3 including a plurality of solar battery cells 3C aligned planarly; a plate roof panel 4 formed out of transparent resin, and arranged to cover the solar battery unit 3 from above; and a plurality of reinforcements 5 each formed out of a metallic member, supporting the solar battery unit 3 from below, and arranged to extend in a vehicle front-back direction and/or a vehicle width direction.
