PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved hybrid seat frame for a vehicle which has high stiffness and light weight and allows mass production at low cost.SOLUTION: A hybrid seat frame for a vehicle includes: a main frame 110 with a groove shaped structure of a glass fiber material formed from a polyamide base material and a glass short fiber reinforcing material; and a reinforced frame 120 coupled to the main frame 110 and having a groove shaped cross-sectional structure of a carbon fiber material formed from a thermoplastic acryl base material and a continuous carbon fiber reinforcing material.

    【課題】高剛性で軽量であり、かつ、安価なコストで大量生産が可能な、新規、かつ改良された自動車用ハイブリッドシートフレームを提供する。【解決手段】ポリアミド基材とガラス短繊維強化材で形成されたガラス繊維材質の溝形の構造を形成したメインフレーム110と、メインフレーム110に結合される熱可塑性アクリル基剤と炭素連続繊維強化材で形成された炭素繊維材質の溝形の断面構造を有する補強フレーム120と、を含む。【選択図】図1
