PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for a floor panel which is compact, achieves high waterproofness, and avoids rising cost.SOLUTION: A seal structure for a floor panel includes: a resin upper cover 114 which is attached to an upper part of an opening of a rear floor panel 110 so as to cover a battery 112; a second flange 126 extending downward from an edge of the opening of the rear floor panel 110; a first foamable seal material 122 which is bonded to a lower surface of a first flange 120 of the upper cover 114 and is pressed against the edge of the opening; and a second foamable seal material 124 which is located adjacent to the outer side of the first formable seal material 122, is bonded to the lower surface of the first flange 120, and seals a gap between the first flange 120 and the rear floor panel 110. The first foamable seal material 122 has a large vertical thickness and low elasticity compared to the second foamable seal material 124 and is compressed to seal a gap between the first flange 120 and the second flange 126.
【課題】コンパクトながら防水性が高くコスト高騰も回避したフロアパネル用シール構造を提供。【解決手段】フロアパネル用シール構造は、リアフロアパネル110の開口の上部にバッテリ112を覆って被さる樹脂製のアッパカバー114と、リアフロアパネル110の開口の縁から下方に延びる第2フランジ126と、アッパカバー114の第1フランジ120の下面に貼り付けられ開口の縁に押し付けられる第1発泡性シール材122と、第1発泡性シール材122の外側に隣接して第1フランジ120の下面に貼り付けられ第1フランジ120とリアフロアパネル110との間隙をシールする第2発泡性シール材124とを備え、第1発泡性シール材122は、第2発泡性シール材124に比較して上下方向の厚みが大きく弾性が低く、圧縮されて第1フランジ120と第2フランジ126との間隙をシールする。【選択図】図11
