PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel sheet material covering an aircraft interior part and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A sheet material 30 comprises: an FBL onto which one surface 36a of a flame-resisting urethane material 36 is deposited by fusing the surface 36a; and a dress cover 34 onto which the other surface 36b of the flame-resisting urethane material 36 is deposited by fusing the surface 36b.
