PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle body lower part structure which efficiently disperses a load input to a cross member disposed at the dash panel side.SOLUTION: A vehicle body lower part structure 10 includes: a rocker 40 extending in a vehicle body fore and aft direction at the outer side of a floor panel 24 when viewed in a vehicle width direction; a first cross member 52 which extends in the vehicle width direction at the lower side of a dash panel 22 and is coupled to the rocker 40 at a vehicle width direction outer end part; a second cross member 54 which extends in the vehicle width direction at the vehicle body front side of the first cross member 52; and a connection member 56 which connects the first cross member 52 with the second cross member 54 and forms a closed cross section structure with the dash panel 22 or the floor panel 24.
