A holder 10 for a long member (Pipe, tube, wire, cable, harness, hose etc) configured to be fixed to a fixed member (e.g. a vehicle body panel) including a shaft member (5) (e.g. stud bolt), the holder comprising: a holding member 20 that includes a frame-shaped body portion 30; an anti-vibration member 50; and fixing member 80 that is provided with an insertion portion 81 which includes an extension portion 88 extending in an insertion direction in which the insertion portion is inserted into the frame-shaped portion 51, and a pressing protrusion 103 protrudes on an outer surface of the extension portion, and wherein the frame-shaped portion 51 is inserted into the frame-shaped body portion 30 and the insertion portion 81 is inserted into the frame-shaped portion 51, the pressing protrusion 103 presses an inner surface of the frame-shaped portion 51 and an outer surface 69 of the frame-shaped portion comes into pressing contact with an inner surface of the frame-shaped body portion 30.
