An aircraft wing (3, Figure 3) comprises a fuel cell system 30 and fuel tank 20 contained in a wing box 5, and a propulsion system 50 connected to the wing box exterior. The fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell 32 and is connected to the fuel tank by a fuel line 40. An electrical power line 60 delivers power from the fuel cell system to the propulsion system. The fuel tank may be cylindrical and contain hydrogen. The fuel cell system may comprise a battery 33. The propulsion system may be suspended by a pylon under the wing box, and may comprise a power control system 51, a motor 52 and a propellor 53. The power line may be flexible. The wing box may comprise upper and lower covers (10, 11, Figure 2), and front and rear spars 12, 13. The power line may pass through either spar.
