A motorbike wheel lock and ground anchor comprises: a wheel lock and ground anchor base 1; a first and a second side wall 3, 8, placed side by side on the base; the first wall is U-shaped and has inner 6 and outer 5 wall protectors; the second wall has a second hole and reinforcement bars; a locking pin 9 which has a T-shape and padlock hole 4 at one end; an anti-cut tube 9, covering the locking pin, and being freely rotatable about the locking pin, where the locking pin and anti-cut tube pass through the first and second holes in the first and second wall; an angled ramp, and; a plurality of ground attachment points 2. Preferably there is a ground anchor. Preferably the ground anchor is concreted into the ground or fixed to the floor using bolts. The wheel lock can also be attached to a vehicle. The wheel lock may be made of mild steel or high tensile steel. The design of the wheel lock restricts access to the locking pin to increase difficulty of cutting. The wall protectors shield a padlock from cutting tools.
