The present disclosure relates to a baffle 1 for a fluid storage vessel 2, for reducing sloshing or splashing of fuel in a vehicle fuel tank. The baffle includes at least one cell (Fig.2,6) which is open at an upper end (Fig.3,7) and a lower end (Fig.3,8).The at least one cell comprises a sidewall (Fig.3,9) composed of a plurality of panels (Fig.3,10). Adjacent panels in the sidewall are connected to each other by one or more hinge to enable the at least one cell to be collapsed or nested for installation of the baffle in the fluid storage vessel. The hinges may be living hinges. The baffle may be made from a resilient material. The baffle may be fixed to the vessel once it has been inserted into the vessel and expanded. The disclosure also relates to a fluid storage vessel incorporating a baffle; to a vehicle V; and to a method of installing a baffle in a fuel tank.
