The engine (1) has contra-rotating upstream and downstream blade lines (3, 4) intended to be in rotation around longitudinal axis (X) of the engine. The upstream blade line is adapted to be driven in rotation by a gas turbine (5) of the engine through a driveshaft (6). An electrical motor (8) i.e. large diameter motor, is adapted to drive in rotation the downstream blades line. A transfer unit transfers electrical energy of an electric generator (7) to the electrical motor. The motor is located on the driving shaft used as a rotation support on a preset level of the downstream blade line.
