The present disclosure is directed to providing a laminate with excellent bonding strength. The solution to this problem is a laminate (1) including a rubber layer (2) made of a vulcanized rubber and a resin layer (3), where the rubber layer (2) and the resin layer (3) are bonded together. The rubber layer (2) includes a surface-treated layer (4) on the surface bonded to the resin layer (3), and the surface of the resin layer (3) bonded to the rubber layer (2) has a ratio of the height of the peak derived from the (010) plane to the height of the peak derived from the (100) plane in X-ray diffraction [(the height of the peak derived from the (010) plane) / (the height of the peak derived from the (100) plane) of 1.1 or more.
