The motor control unit (103) is connected to the vehicle control unit (104) and sends a first signal to the vehicle control unit (104). The motor control unit (105) is connected to the motor control unit (103) or the vehicle control unit (104) and sends a second signal. The vehicle control unit (104) is configured to send a third signal to the motor control unit (103). Before receiving the second signal, the vehicle control unit (104) generates the third signal by using the first signal sent by the motor control unit (103), and sends the third signal to any one or more of at least one motor control unit (103), so that the motor control unit (103) that receives the third signal adjusts torque, to perform stability control on a vehicle. In this way, a control speed of an entire control process is faster, and a slip rate of the vehicle on a slippery road surface can be reduced.
