Disclosed are an integrated module (1000) for a vehicle thermal management system (2000), the vehicle thermal management system (2000), and a vehicle. The integrated module (1000) comprises a body (100), a plurality of interfaces, and a valve set (300); the plurality of interfaces are provided on the body (100) to be communicated with corresponding flow channels (200) in the body (100); among the plurality of interfaces, an indoor condenser outlet interface (105) is connected to a first interface (101) by means of the flow channel (200), a second interface (102) is connected to a battery heat exchanger first opening interface (109) by means of the flow channel (200), and a battery heat exchanger second opening interface (110) is connected to a compressor inlet interface (106) by means of the flow channel (200); a battery heat exchanger (17) is configured to be able to exchange heat with battery coolant circuits (L1) in which a battery (21) and an engine (27) are respectively located; the valve set (300) is provided on the body (100) and comprises a first expansion valve (16) provided on the flow channel (200) between the second interface (102) and the battery heat exchanger first opening interface (109).
