An arm (10) has a first opposing surface (a left side surface plate (11A) of an arm body (11) and a left side plate (14A) of a sheave mounting member (14)) and a second opposing surface (a right side surface plate (11B) of the arm body (11) and a right side plate (14B) of the sheave mounting member (14)) that are opposite in a direction (the right-and-left direction) perpendicular to a length direction of the arm (10) (the front-rear direction) . A first lifting sheave (19) is disposed on an outer side surface of the left side plate (14A) of the sheave mounting member (14), and a second lifting sheave (23) is disposed on an outer side surface of the left side surface plate (11A) of the arm body (11). A first opening/closing sheave (21) is disposed on an outer side surface of the right side plate (14B) of the sheave mounting member (14), and a second opening/closing sheave (30) and an opening/closing cylinder (31) are disposed on an outer side surface of the right side surface plate (11B) of the arm body (11).
