A variable-stroke self-adaptive adjustment quasi-zero stiffness device and a parameter checking method, comprising: an integrating sphere, a target, a collimator, a pointing measuring instrument, disturbance sources, an inertia simulation tool, a quasi-zero stiffness suspension adjustment device, and an optical air floating platform. The integrating sphere, the target, and the collimator are mounted on the air floating platform; the integrating sphere provides a light source, the target provides point target information, and the collimator simulates infinity; the pointing measuring instrument is a measured object, and the pointing measuring instrument is fixedly connected to the inertia simulation tool; the three disturbance sources are mounted on the inertia simulation tool and provide tiny disturbance and inertia for the pointing measuring instrument; the quasi-zero stiffness suspension adjustment device suspends the inertia simulation tool and provides a free boundary environment; the quasi-zero stiffness suspension adjustment device, the pointing measuring instrument, the disturbance sources, and the inertia simulation tool integrally form a two-pendulum system set. In the present invention, comprehensive evaluation and quantitative analysis are carried out on the influence of an extremely-high-precision spatial pointing measuring instrument in a platform micro-vibration environment.
