The invention relates to "mobile units" which inseparably include: a cylindrical outer casing with low taper or constant cross-section; one or more motorised longitudinal fluid channels which are each "convergent" at the inlet and subsequently "divergent" at the outlet absorbing all of the fluid frontal flow; one or more transverse fluid channels, connected, upon receiving a request, upstream, to the high-pressure outlets of the longitudinal fluid channels and downstream to the vertically moving directional pressurised units; one or more suitable, or novel, actuators which are operated by sensors for measuring differences in pressure between external and absorbed fluid environments; a set of volumes inside the outer "fuselage" casing, which are not occupied by the three preceding devices, designed to be used as technical operating sub-assemblies.
