A seat mounted housing (300) is disclosed herein. The seat mounted housing including a cavity (312) formed within the seat mounted housing, the cavity including a back panel and a sidewall. The seat mounted housing further including a first securing strap (314) having a first end and an opposing second end, the first end of the first securing strap coupled to a first attachment point on the back panel, the opposing second end of the first securing strap coupled to a second attachment point on the back panel, the first securing strap configured to hold and secure a first item within the cavity.
