The invention relates to a bicycle frame 100 for an electric bicycle formed by a unitary structure and manufactured by injection moulding of reinforced thermoplastic material, wherein the unitary structure comprises:a head tube 110; a seat tube 130, preferably having a seat post receptable configured to receive a seat post 160; a middle portion 120 connecting the head tube 110 and the seat tube 130; and a rear portion 140 configured to engage a rear wheel. Further, a wherein a bottom bracket 121 is formed in the middle portion 120. An elongated cavity 125 is formed in either the middle portion 120 or the rear portion 14) and is configured to accommodate at least one energy store for motive power and/or electric equipment. Further, the invention relates to an electric bicycle and the manufacturing method and structure of the major components parts as bicycle frame 100, seat post 130 and fork 190. Further, it is addressed, how interrelated components such as seat post 160 and seat tube are securely interengaged.
