In the present invention, an automotive body model 200 is acquired (13), a plurality of sectioned regions are set in the automotive body model 200 (15), a vibration and noise reduction target panel part model is set (17), a peak frequency of equivalent radiation power and a vibration mode of the vibration and noise reduction target panel part model are selected by vibration analysis of the automotive body model 200 (19), the peak frequency of the equivalent radiation power of the vibration and noise reduction target panel part model is acquired by changing a weight of one or a plurality of sectioned regions (21), a contribution degree of the weight of each of the sectioned regions to the acquired peak frequency of the equivalent radiation power is calculated (S23), and a portion at which an automotive body is reduced in weight to reduce vibration and noise of a panel part of an automobile is identified based on the contribution degree of the weight of each of the sectioned regions (25).
