A power device and an output mechanism of an unmanned helicopter are provided according to the present application. The output mechanism includes a coupling, an overrunning clutch and a limiting sleeve. A blocking portion is provided on the limiting sleeve, the overrunning clutch is mounted inside the limiting sleeve, and an outer ring of the overrunning clutch is abutted against the blocking portion, at least part of the coupling is inserted into the limiting sleeve and is abutted against the outer ring of the overrunning clutch. The output mechanism further includes a power source and an output shaft, the power source includes a power source shaft, one of the coupling and an inner ring of the overrunning clutch is fixedly mounted on the power source shaft, and the other one of the coupling and the inner ring of the overrunning clutch is fixedly mounted on an output shaft.
