A power management system (100) includes power adjustment resources (including FCEVs (9)) electrically connected to a microgrid (MG), and a CEMS server (2) that manages the power adjustment resources. Each of FCEVs (9) includes: a supply valve (903) that adjusts an amount of hydrogen supplied to an FC stack (906); a compressor (905) that adjusts an amount of oxygen supplied to the FC stack (906); and an ECU (915). The ECU (915) executes decrease control that temporarily decreases at least one of the amount of hydrogen supplied to the FC stack (906) and the amount of oxygen supplied to the FC stack (906). The CEMS server (2) determines execution timings of the decrease control in FCEVs (9) during power supply to the microgrid (MG).
