Provided is a method of manufacturing a closed cross-section structural member including: a first panel (1) and a second panel (2) joined to each other to form a closed cross-section; and a FRP material (3) bonded to the first panel (1). The method includes: attaching the FRP material (3) to the first panel (1) with an adhesive (4); curing the FRP material (3) and the adhesive (4) by heating the FRP material (3) and the adhesive (4) together with the first panel (1); and joining the second panel (2) to the first panel (1) in which the FRP material (3) and the adhesive (4) are cured.
