Disclosed is a charging device for direct-current (DC) charging of an electric vehicle. The charging device comprises a battery module slot (1) for arranging a battery module (2) therein; the battery module (2) that is removably arranged in the battery module slot (1) and electrically connected to the battery module slot (1) and outputs a voltage to a first DCDC converter (3); the first DCDC converter (3) configured to convert the output voltage of the battery module (2) into a first charging voltage; and a charging controller (4) for controlling the first DCDC converter (3) to output the first charging voltage and a first charging current for charging a vehicle to be charged.
