The slewing angle detecting gear (31) is not meshed with the ring gear (22) or the pinion gear (21), which compose a slewing force transmission mechanism; thus, grease, and the like, do not adhere to the slewing angle detecting gear (31), and external teeth (31a) for detection of the slewing angle detecting gear (31) are not subject to wear, so accurate slewing angle detection is possible.
